John (the man at the front) is super nice and friendly. He'll listen to you carefully with your vehicles concerns, talk to you in the easiest way possible on how the problem can be fixed and find quality/fair priced part while giving you a clear estimate of you bill with no crazy up charge fees. Then you have Jeremy (the man in the shadows) very knowledgeable and swift. Amazingly gagged at what he does slaying those metal beasts into working and safe condition. Been here twice now on two separate occasions/issues. Both successful repairs! These guys are great! They are honest and don’t try to upsell you on any other “recommendations” or “repairs” like some other shops. This is now my go to place.

A couple weeks ago, our car was making a horrendous noise, and we needed an emergency appointment to get our brakes fixed. My partner and I both work full-time, were in the middle of moving, and share a vehicle. We stopped in here, and they were busy. But we couldn’t make an appointment to come back at a different date, and really needed our car serviced. After explaining our situation, the technician (Jacob?) squeezed us in, and had us fixed up and ready to go in about an hour. He didn’t have to do that, and could have rightfully turned us away.
The pricing was reasonable, and throughly explained before services began. But the most incredible part was the exceptional and caring customer service that we experienced our first time going in, and that has won our business for other services (they do oil changes too) going forward. We are beyond grateful to these guys, and highly recommend them!

Highly recommend! I’ve taken my Hyundai Elantra a hand full of times. They are very professional and HONEST. They explain what is needed for the repair (even though I’m just a girl and do not understand car- I still appreciate that!) AND do not try to upsell. My repairs were very efficient, and only took a few hours! I cannot say all of the same things about 5 other repair shops that I've been to in Holland prior to GoAuto. Thank you!

Great people, always very responsive, trustworthy, quality parts and service - AND fast. They make sure every repair lasts as it should. Go Auto eases a lot of my car-related anxiety because I know they won't overwhelm me with service proposals, and I don't need to shop around for quotes or second opinions.
