As I just had my knee replaced, I used the buy online/pickup option. I ordered a deli turkey however didn't find the option to have it sliced so I received a ten pound chunk of deli turkey.

Twice this week advertised items not available. Frustrating when trying to come in for that item and it's a complete waste of time. When talking with manager she passed the buck to corporate saying they were in charge of promotions, but in reality, all she had to do was email them to let them know the stores' situation. As a customer, it would be so appreciated.
