Jacob is the rep at Watertower who has helped me out with vehicle needs on multiple occasions. He has helped me apply discount codes and free days and it is obvious he is customer-oriented; he is a very motivated and caring employee who wants everything right. This is a smaller, local operation, unlike LAX or DTW, so sometimes patience is required. Service is genuine, so I’ll be back.

Im so glad this Hertz rental office reopened in Holland. It’s convenient & easy to locate, they always have kind, patient & professional staff. Hertz always makes me feel like I can count on them.

I have used them twice and both times have been great experiences. Great service. The guys are friendly and knowledgeable. They were very accommodating and I appreciate they're energy. I will definitely be using them when I need a rental.

Top notch service with Hertz (I usually rent through AVIS, but I'm going to move over). We flew into West Michigan Regional and Hertz has a deal to drop off the car at the airport for us. I called ahead and Cameron was extremely helpful - he let us know he upgraded our rental and it was already at the airport a few hours earlier than we had planned to arrive. Amazing. Once there the airport pulled it onto the ramp for us to unload like we were important or something. This partnership with the airport (Avflight) is incredible. We'll be renting from this location and coming to the airport again just for this great service.

Cameron and Jacob are top notch. Helpful, polite and honest. I have had many successful rental reservations for Holland Watertower, placed in advance. In case of last-minute needs, they do their best to help me and they do not over-promise.

My mom and I were arriving late due to our own forgetfulness. Jacob called us 20 minutes before closing time to confirm our arrival and waited for us even when we were late! Beyond that, he gave us a free upgrade and showed patience that I could dream of. He helped explain things to us so we could understand better and was kind overall. I will have to note though, despite all this the car was dirty and there was a leftover cup filled with nuts in the passenger seat. Overall, I would recommend this service due to its affordability and great customer service. This is my first experience but I hope it won’t be your last!
