How are you supposed to get an appointment if no one picks up the phone? Apparently it is difficult, based on other reviews, to get them to help you if you don’t have an appointment, but how can I make an appointment? I’ll be happy to change this to a 5 star review if I could obtain quality services. Thank you.

Went into this store with a family member that has been diagnosed with cancer. We came from 2.5 hours away, did not know it was by appointment only and one of the workers was absolutely horrible to us because she did not have an appointment. Finally one of the other workers heard her being rude to us and she came over and took the time to help us. You’d think people in this wig business would be more compassionate.

Only open when they want to be, and even when they say they are open you drive all the. Way in and they were closed!! Don't recommend this place to anyone!!!

The service is beyond anything I’ve have ever experienced and the wigs are the best quality I have ever had! I have tried lots of different brands and styles but nothing like the ones at hidden secrets! i highly recommend this place to anyone who needs a hair piece!!

Hidden Secrets Wigs is the best! It is definitely worth the drive. I drove a half hour one-way on three occasions. Deb and Sharon couldn't have been more accommodating. A GREAT place to go if you need a wig. Debbie was very friendly and helpful and the selection is outstanding! She cut and styled mine and wouldn't even take a tip!
