Cheap stuff from China and Bulgaria even there oak products are knockoff look at the items if you buying all the metal bases are Chinese and spray painted I took their items back

Such a great experience with their tire covers. I was really disappointed when my order arrived because the color was very different from how it appeared online. Customer service was outstanding. I got an immediate response and the exchange was really easy. I confess to being surprised as (sadly) I expect so little service when I order online these days but I heard back from humans (!) who resolved the problem quickly.

Janky, cheap set up. Returned them without even unboxing the 2nd one. It’s clear the company doesn’t brother to assemble their own products.

Defective material on two of four seats, after less than 3 years, being gently used by “seniors”. Two year warranty, so to have them replaced it cost us $80. Person in store was irritated we thought the material was defective and it should be covered under warranty.

Great gift ideas with their other merchandise ! Staff very helpful ! I drive from South Haven for collegiate things for a golf outing and other events! They deliver to my car !

I have no issue as of yet with the product. However, the staff there is about the most unfriendly I have dealt with. You honestly feel as tho you are in interruption of their day and an inconvenience. attention to the customer could be improved in a big way.

I was involved with a dispute with Amazon with an incorrect order.. After dealing with the staff at Holland Bar Stools the problem was resolved immediately. Not only did I get the correct order in a short period of time , they also helped with the return shipping. Hat’s off to Sarah for going above and beyond to complete the entire process.

Purchased roughly 5 years ago at ABT electronics and this is what has happened to only 1 stool. . Each stool cost $498 a ridiculous mark up i know! I saw what I thought was high quality in these stools to last me years so i didn’t mind paying. Reached out to ABT ( waiting for response), and Holland Stools who said can’t help me without a cost. Lost any future business.
