I see absolutely no reason to shop here. The store is always messy, poorly stocked and there's hardly ever anyone working.

I had a wonderful experience while shopping! The store was clean with a good selection, and an employee named Lexie was a huge help. She went above and beyond making sure I had everything I needed and was kind, courteous, and efficient. Total sweetheart! Overall recommend this store.

I ordered 8 yards of the same fabric. I was sent a 6 yd piece. A week later 2 more yds came. I hadn't realized I didn't have the complete order. The second cut is much brighter. 8 yards should come as 8 yards and not be cut! Even if I can return I will be out the shipping cost and my time

My sister bought a set of letter beads here, and there was literally only one A in the entire set. This sort of stopped our ability to make the jewelry we intended to create. Baffling that this even happened, I'm not sure where they get these beads from because there is no brand on the cases. If it is Joann's own brands, they need to have way better quality control when it comes to these things. When we go to get more beads, as we will have to, given the situation, we will not be buying any from Joann's.

I live in the Metro Detroit area and called this Joann location because my local store said they had fabric in stock that I needed more of to complete a project. Becky was so kind and helpful. She located the fabric in the clearance section for me and had it shipped to a store near me and I picked it up from there. Thank you Becky! You saved the day and did it in such a kind way. I appreciate you!
