Been banking here for my entire adult life and couldn’t recommend more! Every process we’ve gone through, including pre-approvals/mortgages, car loans, credit cards and retirement accounts has gone so smoothly and I feel very educated every step of the way. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I recommend Laura to everyone!! She’s the best. Love LMCU!

Not good experience 😕 I was hoping I can get my payment skipped for this July so that our checking wont go negative for the next few days while dealing with other bank problem. But now I just felt like I got robbed by $25 for a skipped a pay that didn't skipped a pay. My last freaking cash in my wallet. Never again. Transaction wasn't as friendly as the one in Allendale anyways. Maybe because I owe them and I don't really have any account except the Car loan..ugh!
Update: It wasn't in this branch actually sorry. It is the Zeeland one. But shout out to Paige that's been really nice and helpful! 😀

Brooke and Elizabeth were excellent to work with regarding opening a checking account and exploring auto loan options! ALL the bad reviews are old! This location and the people that work there have been nothing short of AMAZING every single time I or my husband go in! We do all our personal banking through them, our car loan and will be applying for a mortgage with them soon as well.We rexieve hand written and signed letters from them frequently and they are SO sweet!

I reached out for an auto loan. I have a 772 credit score and offered to put up to 50% down on the vehicle I wanted. I was denied. The bank also discriminated against me for my age which is illegal.

Everytime I have to go in, there is only one employee behind the counter and at least a 10 min wait in line, this happens a different times of the day as well.
