I spoke with Jeff over the phone and he rode with me for two test drives for two separate vehicles. Jason and Jeff were amazing; I was an out-of-state college student buying this car, and they spent several hours helping me and doing their own research on how to register the vehicle as an out-of-state resident. They never were impatient and were so incredibly helpful. They explained everything and were funny and kind during the whole process. I recommend highly checking them out for your next vehicle.

My daughter just bought a Pathfinder. It was clean inside and out. Rides very well. Lots of people came by for Pathfinders and many calls. Any issues come about, I know how to get to their place of business by myself now and I'll take back my $1.00 tip!

Visited their website which was easy to navigate and saw an 07 Rav4 within my price range. Jennifer made the entire process super easy and hassle free! Everyone there is professional and very friendly! I am happy with my vehicle and in the future I will be looking to Lakeshore Autos first for any car purchases.

I had a wonderful experience with Lakeshore Autos. Few weeks ago, I stopped and walked around. At first I was kind of hoping someone would come out, but again the temperatures were freezing cold and it gave me time to look around.I then left came back in about 2 weeks, stepped in the office and said I was interested in the 2014 Subaru Tribeca. He gave me the key so I could sit in it and look it over. We sat down and talked about the vehicle, but I still wanted my son-in-law to inspect the vehicle for me and go on a test drive for me.Just note I do realize that during the process, if another person came that was interested, I wouldn't blame Jason to proceed with the sale before me.Because of my constant communication with Jason and Jennifer, I think they realized they had a sale. I then walked in, went over the total price including fees, insurance and extended warranty to get the final price.Per our conversation, I got the money ready the next morning, went to them and picked my vehicle. After riding around for a few hours I noticed some minor things I didn't before in the previous test drive. Maybe because I drove the vehicle for a longer duration. Anyhow, I drove back to Lakeshore to address my issues. Turns out the issues were due to that feature not being available or me not knowing which buttons or levers to use.All in all my experience with Jason and Jennifer were top notch.If you're looking for a no hassle, non-invasive way to shop for a car, Lakeshore Autos is for you.

Terrible terrible service. I am completely floored. I had been working with someone here for weeks about a car and called multiple times today to finally setup a final test drive after repairs had been done because we are seriously interested in purchasing. I wanted to make sure it was still available before we drove from out of town. Called multiple times and no one answered. Got there and was told it had sold. They knew I was interested in this car, knew I was coming this week and had previously set up a pre purchase inspection but had to cancel it because the car wouldn't start on their lot. And now they aren't answering phones during their work hours wasted my time and have nothing to say for it. I'm livid.

My entire weekend ruined and could have been avoided by you answering your freaking phone.

I bought a Nissan Rogue from Lakeshore Auto's and could not be happier. Jason Is very professional and answers all of your questions, and shows you the carfax.You are treated very well, no high pressure sales person. He doesn't pressure you to sign papers before you leave the building. He also works with you. I would highly recommend buying from here.

The team at Lakeshore Auto made my car purchase unbelievably smooth with very easy going sales approach and great customer service. I had some complications with a license plate transfer and the team took care of the situation without any work on my part. I’ve had the car for a month and couldn’t be happier with the price and condition of the car where I feel I got the better end of the deal.

I bought a 2010 Ford Escape several years ago and just want to say how happy I have been with my car. We own a bodyshop and my husband said it was the nicest used car he had ever seen. It had some rust on the tailgate and he appreciated that there had been no attempt to hide the rust. Best to know exactly what you’re getting. The inside of the car had been detailed so well that it looked as if no one had ever been in it before. I was told when I looked at the car that you don’t buy junk to put on your lot. This has proved so true with my car. Thank you for being honest and fair. I love my car and will return to Lakeshore Autos if I ever need a new car.

I bought a 2007 Honda Ridgeline with 140k miles on it from here (less than a year ago) and I got ripped off so bad I can’t even stomach it.I spent 14k on the truck (All the money my grandma left me when she passed btw).The same night I bought it I noticed there was a headlight out and that was only the beginning. I test drove in the light, and didn’t even think to look at the night time features as this was the very first time I ever purchased a vehicle out right.On top of the head light, the interior lights were out and the radio lights didn’t light up. So at night you can’t see the time or what station you’re on.I had to replace the tires, alternator, breaks, battery, interior lights and break lights on top of the head light and I guess the radio is a electrical issue.Today I went to get an oil change and took it to Honda this time. They told me the rear axle has been leaking for quite sometime ($500), transmission fluid needs to be replaced, has a antifreeze leak, and all new filters and another new battery.I spent 14 grand, all the money I had, to regret the decision for not only over paying on an older vehicle but trusting a smaller car dealership with my naive knowledge on vehicles and being a woman at that. I called one week after the purchase and talked to someone about their No warranty policy, and even with the issues experienced he would not offer a refund or trade. Honestly, I’m devastated. I do realize older vehicles will require more maintenance but this is just absolutely out of line crazy, not to mention 14k for a 2007 in the first place. Definitely learned my lesson.
