My husband and I had a great experience at Lowe's today! 2 specific people made our experience exemplary! Excuse me for not knowing Mary's last name, but she was working the self checkout on Sunday 6/30 at about 6:00, she was so kind and showed us that people do still care! Also, Robert LaCour - he came in and saved my husband's evening by showing us more kindness than we have experience in the customer service industry in a long time!
These two deserve high praise!!

Bought a 22" Blackstone grill, today. Had awesome help with finding the grill we wanted. Had help checking out through 'self-check out' with the bulky grill - most appreciated! Shout out to both of those associates. They were very helpful!

Loaded a truck bed full of split rail fencing while two employees sat on the bag of mulch and just watched
Not asking them to do it for me but some help would've been appreciated , split rail fencing isn't light !

Went in to look for a grill and was greeted and helped by a worker. Super friendly and very helpful. He went and got the grill we asked for from the back and brought it to us within 5 mins. While setting up the grill.. it was kinda confusing but we got it. Lol
