Me & mom n law went to the garden center, we were both disappointed with how dry & dead everything was looking. It was horrible & won't be stopping in there to buy any kind of indoor plants like we were looking for. 90% dead, dry, dying & still had it all full priced. Was beyond disappointed for extremely over priced dead, dying plants all over the place. Do better Lowe's

Had to replace plumbing in our kitchen..... we brought in the old pipe setup and the team member in that department was so helpful in locating all of the needed pieces. He even walked us through installation and mags she we had appropriate tools at home to cut the PVC to length. Though we had an idea of what we were doing, it was helpful to walk through with someone else to make sure we were on the right track. Unfortunately I didn't catch his name, but he was a gentleman probably in his 60s with gray hair and longer grey beard....I believe he had glasses on, too. Thanks for giving us the confidence to tackle the job.

Would rather let plants die then take care of them, and then would rather throw them in the trash than sell dry dying plants at a discount.Edit: I went back to the Holland Lowes, the plants I had inquired about purchasing at a discount are still on the shelves FULL PRICE and 100% DEAD, haven't been watered in over a month when they were dying of thirst to begin with.

Bought a brand new door from Lowe's and found quite the manufacturing defect. It had a half dozen or so staples through the bottom threshold into the door itself, holding it shut. I will NEVER buy anything from them again as I now completely lack confidence in the products that they sell.

I ordered blinds online and thought they were a "standard " size. Box came with "custom cut" on the side and were the wrong color. Refund policy online said return to local store. At the Holland, MI store customer service desk, a sign was hanging stating no custom cut blinds could be return. Thanks to a manager ,Paula in blinds dept, they resolved my return issue and a whole lot more!!!

Some good and some bad, doubtful I’ll ever make a big purchase here again. My installer’s did a great job. I just wish they would get my door order right. There either damaged or the wrong size

Got great assistance in lighting area around 1pm. An older man came back- he was off duty & saw us looking at under cabinet lighting & came back to help us. Very good service from that man. Thanks ?
