My husband and I went here for our first stop when looking for our new mattress. Lincoln was there to help us test mattresses. He asked us questions, got us pillows that fit our liking and let us try the mattresses he suggested and any others we wanted. We had just started our search so we went to a number of other places. We came back a second time just to lay on two that we had liked. Then we came back a third time to try our favorite one again. Lincoln was there and kind each time. We decided to purchase our favorite on the third trip. He helped get us a good price and explained all the warranty and trial period information very well. We had a great experience there! I can't wait to get our mattress.

Our sales rep was super helpful and not pushy. We managed to find a mattress we liked and feel we got a really good deal. I had previously considered buying an online boxed mattress but was turned off by the reviews. The return policy of Mattress Firm was super straight forward, I definitely will be a customer of Mattress Firm again.

I was in here recently and the service was terrible. Salesman seemed uninterested. Mattresses are way overpriced. Recommend going anywhere else.

We were taken care of by Justin Orman in the holland store over the phone and in the store when arriving. He was very knowledgeable. We live in a RV so he made sure over the phone and in person that we measure the size of the bed platform to make sure it was a full queen not a short. Was not pushy in anyway to buy anything just very informative and made it a very easy process to pick the mattress that worked for us then had it shipped to the campground for us as well as leading us to a very good water proof cover for the new mattress. Thank you again Justin for making our first big home purchase together a easy one.

Came into this store both Staff members Justin & Lincoln were very helpful and friendly. They did a great job at explaining each mattress and the reason behind the price difference. I was in and out within 10 minutes and got a very good price and service. I would highly recommend and will be going back for my next purchase. Thanks guys!!!

Walked in here on a Saturday morning, got immediate service, pointed us to exactly what we were looking for, gave us a great price, and we were out within 20 minutes. Would definitely shop here again.
