I went quite far out of my way to come to this store and see about starting a phone plan, only find the store closed, an hour and a half before their website said they closed.Suggestion: Update your store hours on your website so you don't get disappointed frustrated would-be customers like me.

My rating has less to do with the sales associate than the b.s. Metro is doing for their customers. I convinced my partner to switch, and it's been nothing but trouble for him. It's pathetic, really. This particular store is fine, the associate friendly, ready to please, and even took it upon himself to find a way to NOT charge for something that shouldn't be charged for in the first place. My personal opinion.. stay away from Metro by T-mobile.. but of you do decide.. this store is where you wanna go.

Camping and my father lost his phone. We came here and Jose I believe his name was, was just amazing.He was patient with my dad while trying to figure out his login information to make sure his stuff transferred. It took a while but he was so patient and understanding. My dad was so stressed out and worried he would lose everything. Highly recommend this location especially if traveling in the area.

This place was always my favorite, until 7/1/23. 2:30 pm, I went because of a personal information error that they gave me the day I bought the phone, and the person who was working on the left side of the counter looking from the outside in seemed like he had no desire to work, the first time I asked him if he had found the problem, he looked at me as if annoyed and told me I'm working on it, he responded with short answers and without looking at me, finally I showed him that the error continued and he replied that he couldn't find anything, of course he couldn't find nothing if you are not finding out, and you are there to help me, congratulations to the Puerto Rican who works there, excellent worker and person, the same for the one who works on the right hand side

Issue with phone was solved very quickly. However, they said that the store is/isn't T-Mobile. I don't understand as the sign clearly says T-Mobile. I purposely went to this location as it is not busy compared to the other locations in town.
