I've learned to go to this Metro by T-Mobile store because they actually offer you upgrade discounts whereas the store on Douglas avenue in Holland Michigan lies straight to your face and tells you there's no such thing

Absolutely one of the best customer experience I've ever had! At first I couldn't believe the deal that the rep (Alex) told us about, I was waiting for the catch, the additional fees, etc. That never happened. Thank ypu Alex!!!
