Just came in to buy flip flops. They only costed $2 and they're very good quality (not flimsy, and fairly comfy). Old Navy overall has decent clothes, but it seems they're quite pricy in recent days. I guess that's everywhere now, though.

Worst old navy I've ever been to. Told me my card was declined then looked on my bank statement and it went through. So I went in and asked to buy the earrings I had to take out because I need them for an event today because obviously my card was working if I got a statement and they wouldn't let me. Old navy you need to train your employees better because now I have to stop at another store to get earring for my event. Super inconvenient

The staff in the back was overall very sweet and helpful, as I was checking out I said I am an employee at a local brand store. As I am new I don’t have my discount card yet, I do know my number though. The cashier next to mine was very pushy towards the customers for singing up with our brand. She was very rude to me as well saying I wasn't allowed to get the discount when I had my drivers license as verification, for future reference PLEASE be kind to your customers and fellow workers. Your attitude as a cash representative is very important on how our customers view the store.
