If your dog is not a fan of other dogs, this dog wash is probably not for you since all three dog wash bays are in the same room. If you need a completely separate bay, you'll want to check out the Grand Haven store about 35 minutes north of this one. All supplies are included in the wash.Staff went above and beyond for us ... it was not the scheduled nail cutting day, but their team accommodated our request anyway since we were heading out of town with our dog the next morning. We made sure to tip the person well for the extra effort.The staff also allowed our dog to have the broken treat cookie they were not going to be able to sell. We bought several other dog supply items and were debating about the cookie, so they offered the other up. Very kind staff and we would come back.

Dr. Swift asked detailed questions that were reflective of her intrinsic interest in bringing relief to my distressed boy. She spoke candidly and listened to my concerns. She was thorough and concise. I'm happy to say that the condition I once considered untenable, has worked itself out with Dr.Swift's help. I'm not sure what I would have done otherwise. I have seen several vets over the years. It's worth it to travel farther to see her.

Our GSD has been treated for a skin condition, a UTI, cyst removal, general vaccinations and health checks. They also spotted a cancerous growth on our french bulldog's tail and helped us get set up with the appropriate surgeon to have it removed. Great people that care!

We were so nervous that first day but they went above and beyond then (and every day since) to make her safe and well cared for. Had zero issues special requests for allergies at the table. We ordered chicken fried rice, lo mein, the spicy shrimp and spicy pork dish, and crab ragoons. Everything was wonderful, especially the spicy shrimp - perfect flavors of spice, crunch from light breading, and the shrimp was perfectly cooked. On par with the best cantonese restaurants. The fried rice was perfect that we quickly ordered a second. We will certainly be back!

They were all really really good, but they tried automatically adding a 15% tip for an online order and that always annoys me. They also forgot to add the butter to the order which cost extra. Overall I would go again since it had a great flavor profile, but I wouldn’t spend my own money here again due to the price (luckily it was on a company card)
