They received my mother's scripts Christmas eve at 5:50pm and billed her insurance and closed at 6 and she was released from the hospital at 630so she had to wait two days on her meds because her insurance was billed already so no one could fill scrips her Dr gave her after finding out they closed

I like this drugstore. It doesn't get quite as crazy busy as their competitors, down the road. They have good sale prices on everyday products and rewards for some. The pharmacy is efficient and I've never had problems with their service or products. I've never waited in line for any unreasonable amount of time.

MyQuest bugs prevent ability to get a covid test.Adjust the policy so you can verify identity and comply with paperwork requirements with a functional system or offer an alternative as a matter of public health.Plus not everyone has a computer, this isn't fair to the aging population.Edit: Thank you for the MyQuest contact info, guys. I understand the policy for not allowing people to complete paperwork in person (like from the car socially distanced) is probably a corporate decision.

The pharmacist refused to use the valid GoodRX coupon I wanted to use for the two vaccines I was getting that was specifically approved for this store, so I had to pay full price, which I hadn't budgeted for but felt awkward disputing him in the moment. Afterwards, I called GoodRX to verify that the coupon was valid, and they are contractually obligated to accept the coupon. That agent then called the pharmacy to confirm that they had against contract denied my request to use the coupon. Absolute b********
