I like the store and their prices aren’t terrible but I couldn’t call them great either. Used shoes and electronics can be terribly over priced but not always. The staff is usually very kind. I do still like thrifting at this location but it could be better. Books and other physical media on the other hand are usually priced quite well. Editing my review to add that they no longer allow you return electronics if they aren’t working so if you can test them at the store do it but good luck with things that need more power to test or a battery.

Very overpriced. There were used Starbucks cups priced at 12.99+ and I saw an empty container of a protein drink being sold there. 😳 What?? Why??

Asked the price for a coat without a tag and the employee offered it for 11.99 (same as a similar coat I was purchasing), she then looked up the coat on her phone (it was “vintage”) and she then refused to sell it to me after whatever she found for possible resale prices on her phone (This was done right in front of me). Her and the other workers huddled around the coat whispering when I was checking out and I highly suspect she would be purchasing for her self.
I’m not a reseller and just enjoy vintage. Pretty disappointed.

Come here if you condone discrimination!❤️ My sweet brother and dad came to this establishment to shop recently and to their dismay management IMMEDIATELY called the police on my sophomore minor brother accusing him of stealing. Salvation Army, I’m so enraged that your manager embarrassed my family in public, we’re not so tremendously unfortunate that we need to stuff your 2.99 tshirt in our pants. I’m so sad that I spent so much time and money at this store. Should’ve known from rude cashiers.?♀️

I always enjoy visiting this store. They have a large variety of clothes for the whole family. They also have some furniture, blankets, purses and shoes. Every time I stop into Salvation Army I find something to buy.

far from the best thrift store in town & I hate what they do with their money, but I do like the way they sort by color. I’m an upcycler & thrift flipper so I care way more about style than size when it comes to finding clothes I can use. I also like the tag sale they do every week, but prices are otherwise really inconsistent.

I like this store because the inventory changes and the staff is very friendly every time I come in. If your looking for clothes this is the store for you. Stop in and check them out.

"NEVER SHOP WITH THOSE RUDE PEOPLE AGAIN" my husband told me today after our experience here in the Holland store. There are plenty other thrift stores in this area and so I really dont need or desire to go back there. I have never, as a paying customer, been treated so rudely by management. Because I couldn't fit my purchase in my car I called my hasband and sent him to pick it up. I tried to call the store to let them know he was authorized ( he ran quickly from work). "You cant call the store " I was rudely told by the management in GR ( the only number on my receipt). "We are a charity and cant staff phones at the store." When my husband arrived at the store he was yelled at by an older woman working there because he went behind the curtain to get help. " because we are a charity " I guess you dont have to be nice to customers. Well you are running a business too and I paid good money to your charity so I deserve better then that. For a "CHARITY" whose goal is to help people they you aren't kind or very helpful to those that patronize your business in support of your charity.
