Sara was instrumental in finding us our home as we relocated from out of state. Her knowledge of the area, her keying in on what was important to us, handling all the details, being available for advice and assistance, resulted in a process that was almost relaxed, and even enjoyable. Sara wanted what was best for us and found it; it wasn’t just a job and we weren’t just another client. She still stays in touch with us, because that’s the kind of relationships she builds. Sarah is not a team player you want on your side. I felt unsupported and many of my requests for information were unanswered. When you feel like you are doing more research than your realtor, it's a sign that something is wrong. I felt like a second class citizen and was treated unfairly. She also mislead us on an offer. Do NOT recommend.

I highly recommend Sarah Lilly. She was the real estate agent when we sold some vacant land. We were”just thinking” about it, and Sarah helped us think smarter -- get the land surveyed, check out the limitations, reminding us that it would be perfect for the right person, but might not sell for a long time. When we put it up for sale, there was very limited interest, except from people who were looking for a fire sale. Sarah protected us from all of those questions and phone calls, kept urging us to let her handle it, and we patiently waited. After two years of waiting, and protecting us from any low-interest prospects and unnecessary expense, we got two different serious offers within 2 days. It was stressful, complicated, and would have put me under the table without Sarah’s calm, smart and honest approach with all of us! She knows her stuff. I’m a big fan.

Sarah made the difficult task of selling our mom's Holland, MI condo, while living in San Antonio, painless. Unfortunately we were never able to meet in person, although Sarah kept us in the loop during all steps of the selling process. She helped coordinate everything, from helping us find an estate sale outfit, to lining up a local notary to confirm the final paperwork.
But the best part - she sold it quickly, and for a price we were happy with. I highly recommend Sarah to anyone in the West Michigan area who is looking to buy or sell a home. Truly a professional.

We refer to Sarah Lilly as our "rock star realtor" because she helped us sell two properties and buy another. One of the properties we sold was a complicated one due to it being a condo project property with some awkward rules. She figured things out with little effort and got us out a bad situation we'd been fighting with for ten years! She is very personable, professional, and I highly recommend her.

Sarah was quick to respond to all of our questions. It didn’t seem to bother her if we reached out at inconvenient hours with questions she always answered. She remained patient with us as it took months for us to find “the one”. When we finally did she was able to get our home listed within 24 hours and sold very quickly. She has been an advocate for us in the home buying/selling process and I would gladly work with her again!

My wife and I love Sarah. She put up with our persnickety attitudes when viewing prospective properties for months, always patient and always willing to go the extra mile to answer all of our questions. On a number of occasions we would shoot her a text or email and within a few minutes sometimes almost instantly she'd respond with the answer or a note to say she would find the answer - just amazing. We both agree that we've never worked with anyone like her in any business capacity. If you are in the market for an agent and you don't use Sarah believe me you're doing yourself a disservice.

Sarah helped us with the selling of our home and the purchase of our new home. We really wanted a historic home and they sell very quick in our area. She was able to get us information on properties before they even hit the market so we could move fast. We eventually found the beautiful home we had been looking for all thanks to her!
For the selling of our property, she helped us determine a great price and our property sold the first day it was on the market for over asking!
She truly hits every area in the best way possible and I cannot say enough on how great she is!

I highly recommend Sarah; extremely professional! Sarah helped us with our first home purchase. She was knowledgeable about locations we were interested in as well as what was important to us during this stage in life. We had a lot of questions and for sure were high maintenance. But Sarah was quick in responses, researching answers, and clarifying things we didn't understand. We were working with a builder and she was a great resource for being able to advocate from a buyer's perspective. From a seller's perspective, she was also able to give us some insight for a future sell as well. My husband's job in sales required a bit of unique underwriting and she was able to share a referral that worked out quite nicely for us. Sarah was wonderful to work with and we will definitely be working with her again in the near future for our next home!
