“I picked up the truck in Kansas City, MO and dropped it off in Holland, MI. Not having to go into the store is key. In the past when I've rented trucks and had to go into the store to pick it up, it took hours. Now, with the ability to check in from my phone and the key is in a lockbox, pickup is slick and quick, and I can pick it up before the store is open, allowing me to get an early start. Drop-off was equally as easy. UHaul has upped their game. This is the way to go.”
