I ordered business cards from here and they mess them all up and they're trying to blame me for it even though we told him how it went, we get r cards from here because we like u guys but now u want to argue about ba mistake that u did, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Beyond impressed with the young woman overseeing print pickup, Amazon (etc.) returns last night (2/5/24). She was kind, excellent at communicating and super efficient. If everyone in this world had her acumen, general intelligence and heart, it would be a better place.

You just lost my business. I have brought numerous crafts to be laminated over the past 3 years. Your people have worked all of the other times to be careful with my projects and to fit as many pieces in a laminate packet to keep my cost down. I have always been charged per packet. I went to pick up my order yesterday and was 1st told that the manager told the woman who did my transaction that I should have been charged for all the pieces in the packet except for one complimentary piece. Then I was shown multiple pieces that had overlapped. I was told due to such a "steep discount" that they would not reduce the cost due to the damage. I asked to speak to said boss and waited over 5 minutes withmy toddler who was wanting to go without even a word that said manager was coming just that they had been paged. I had to get to an appointment and couldn't wait another however many minutes for a no show manager.This project was an alphabet game to help my son learn his letters. When I started to sort the letters, I found that several are missing. Not only is my project that I have worked hard on now pointless, I am going to be charged more than what I could buy 4 card games on Amazon if i started over. You are competing with Amazon, Walmart and other office stores. You just made it so much more cost efficient for me to buy a lamination machine from Amazon and laminate my own projects. Being stingy just cost you a repeat customer. Being sloppy at your job cost me hours of work. Goodbye.

Due to "Back order's" I was unable to get one page laminated for an event. Maybe if the gal put her phone down and did her job there wouldn't be back order's.

Paying cash to print anything is difficult, self service machines are not available with cash transactions. I've never had any issues having a staff member print something quickly, or tell me that I would need to wait for them to print a page or two ....until today. I'm understanding enough to know that there are other orders to process- but the idea that I just waited over 20 minutes for one page to be printed is still pretty crazy. While two employees watch the only order before mine being printed.

They didn't have what I needed, but the gentleman was very kind and helpful and did tell me I could get it online through Staples online. It's just not in stockt in stores.

Normally have amazing service at the print shop in Staples. Fast, efficient, cost effective. Today, Cheryl helped me and I use the term “helped”, very loosely. Slow, easily, VERY easily sidetracked by other customers and coworkers. Clueless on how to do her job… just a very frustrating experience. What typically takes me 15 minutes tops, took me nearly 45+ LONG, FRUSTRATING minutes… currently still waiting while I leave this review.
