While work is sometimes sent to a different company for resizing, customers receive an estimated price first. There can occasionally be a delay in the promised timeline, but the final result is often worth the wait, with jewelry looking amazingly sparkly and brand new after cleaning. Over many years of service, there is only the rare fluke, with the overall experience being highly recommended.
