I walked in to look for myself and for a gift. The two girls working didn't even stop chatting to say hello. When I asked to try on something,, it seemed like I was an interruption rather than a paying customer, and the reason they have a job. I ended up purchasing a top that needed to be returned and found out that their return policy is within 7 days and I missed the time frame. Gee, that's an incredibly short amount of time, especially around the holidays when you are purchasing gifts that may not even be given for a few weeks. Disappointing that no one said "are you aware of our return policy"? There is some small print at the bottom of the receipt stating it, but standard for most reputable stores is at least 30 days and honestly, I never thought to look. So shame on me for not reading the fine print. Shame on Tikal for not being more customer focused and making everyone aware of such a short return window at the time of purchase. Or maybe they do that when their clerks aren't having social hour. I guess I don't need to shop there again.

A lower priced boutique shop in town. Clothes inside was not what I was expecting inside. Casual and maybe for a younger customers. The crocheted sleeveless tops reminds me of the blankets my mom made when I was a kid.

This is my favorite clothing store in Michigan! The clothes are cute, high quality, and inexpensive. The women who work there are super friendly, helpful, and the absolute best people. It's a very warm, welcoming place to shop!

Found my wife a really cute sweater at a very reasonable price. Seemed like they had a really good selection - plus the staff was warm and welcoming. Will definitely go again the next time we're in town.
