“I had an exhaust manifold leak on a Sierra and had it repaired by Heights Service nearly a year ago. I waited a while before posting a review to see if the repair would hold up, and I'm glad to say no problems thus far. The repair also finished earlier than expected.”
“They took 3 days from ordering new transmission to installation which was amazing! They followed up to make sure I was happy with the results and answered my questions pertaining to smoke and smell the two days following- saying some fluid may have dripped onto heated areas and needed to burn off.”

“My company has sent me here several times to have tires patched/replaced. Many times picking up dropped trailers, you find bad tires. Every time I have came here they were very knowledgeable and fast with getting the tires patched or changed. One day I had 3 tires that needed changed and they still had me out of there within 30 minutes. I can't speak on the price because the company I drive for has a national account and they handle all of that. Overall the people are friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.”

Failed to get their names, but the two gentlemen I spoke to (Khiry was one of them) at the front desk were phenomenal. Like "my pleasure" chicken fast food restaurant level nice. Tire pressure light came on while I was heading to work. Didn't have an appointment but went to get it checked out. Got there right around 9 AM, was estimated to take until 10:30 AM, but they finished up right around 10 AM. Turns out the issue was my sensor not my tire (thank goodness!). Grateful that I wasn't charged any sort of service fee for what appeared to be an easy fix.
I will definitely visit this location in the future. Thanks again!”

“I have been purchasing tires from here 3 sets of 4 tires so far and this year will be the 4th. I have never had problems, when I scheduled an appoinment, they always started on time and had the car ready within or before I was told. I even had a tire sensor replaced cheaper than other places, it was delayed but I was always informed and it was replaced quick when they go it. Overall, when I have talked to them it has been smooth. While it is not the fanciest place to get a tire, they get it done.”
