One employee on floor, told me they had backstock on the item I was looking at but no one could go look. It seems she was just too busy talking to another employee. Was going to go ask up front but the line was wrapped all the way around and exiting the queue... Gave up.

It was good 20 years ago, but now it's worse than Wal-Mart. I don't know if they sell new clothes or old clothes, but it's not organized and the people working there don't know what to do. It's a place I don't really want to go to. I used to go here to buy branded clothes at cheap prices, but this is a second hand store. It's similar.

Really cool place! They sell almost everything. Prices are always great. The store was clean and very well organized.Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I believe you could find a Christmas gift for everyone in your family. Highly recommend T.J. Maxx.
