Rented a few chairs, tables, and linens with delivery and pick-up from them. When they came to pick everything up, they took one of our linens by mistake. They charged me for the linen they forgot and refused to bring back the linen they took from us. When I contacted them asking to return our linen they took by mistake and grab their linen, they refused and told me I had to come and bring it to them. They refused to refund any delivery fee and have been extremely rude in their response to me, telling me to “man up” and just do it.

The wood chipper we rented was great. Staff was helpful and friendly at both pick up and drop off. They explained how to use it and made sure I had a number to contact if anything went wrong.

We rented with Taylor Rental for our Senior Community Day, and they were easy to work with.
It was great that they could deliver, set up and tear down the items. Also show us how to set it up too just in case one fell over.

I serve as a District Givernor for Rotary International in SW Michigan. We held out annual conference in South Haven at the Michigan Maritime Museum. Over 300 people attended from throughout Michigan. I worked with Taylor Rental on a large tent, tables, chairs and the stage. James was reliable and came through with everything just as planned.
