I am on my second failed attempt to open a mail box at this location.The first time, was last week Saturday. I was told that the only person that can do it is here Monday through Friday, but that person would be here the following Saturday as well.I took time off of work so I could get this opened today, on Friday, when they said I would be able to.That person is not here. I understand that a notary is needed to process the paperwork and such (the store hasn't stated this, but it's not my first UPS mailbox... I'm a long term customer at various locations and I've now arrived here twice, prepared and ready, but they are not.I will be doing business elsewhere.

Surprisingly quick!!! I came there with an small unpacked gift, little worried it would take long to get the packing figured out; i had just visited usps and i was told to buy my own packing supplies which would’ve been more expensive, and i’m not experienced on packing to ship items unfortunately. customers at ups with packed & ready to ship items took 1 minute at most to get their receipt and head out. I was really pleasantly surprised their pack & ship guaranteed service wasn’t expensive or complicated! I simply told them that i have an unpacked gift and needed it packed and shipped. They weighed it, measured it, confirmed the box size, asked me for both addresses & names, had me confirm it and the price, i payed and went about my day. Took me probably like 5 minutes maybe. I see a bunch of bad reviews about staff being unprofessional or the times being weird, from what I experienced, the staff was polite and professional and I could tell they wanted to have quick service for customers. I went in at like 3pm on a normal wednesday so that’s probably why I didn’t run into an issue with the hours or it being closed early. I knew I could count on ups amen

This store needs to work with their corporate offices to update their printing pick up times. Two times I came at the appropriate time to have to wait until the manager could (only) print after not getting the printing done before he left for the weekend causing a real headache on getting it done elsewhere. PS: I had a wonderful conversation with the manager this morning and they are working hard at fixing the problem with corporate. The store itself is staffed with really nice people and returns are done extremely well. I will change my review to a two rather than a one because it is about printing only.

I drove 20 minutes to get here at 4:30 to see a sign they closed early. Frustrating. Other customers were also trying to do business during the hours posted and listed on google.

Went to the location before 5pm on Saturday April 29th, which is your stated closing hours on the Google listing, and at 4:30 it was already closed. I spent my gas money to drive there. Will you be refunding my costs because you were already closed. I find this very inconvenient since you are closed on Sunday also.

Dear USPS future customers,[PLZ READ] [Do NOT trust this UPS Store] [Lost Package with Insurance] [Trash Customer Service] [No Apology] [No Explanation]If you are trying to deliver your valuable package to UPS, please read this review thoroughly.My mother bought a surprise present (a Moncler Jacket that Worth $2,640) to celebrate my birthday, and she purposefully shipped the item to the Holland UPS location, since she was worried that the item will get lost after it gets delivered to my apartment. She also purchased an insurance (~$40 worth itself) for this package to ensure that I (the receiver) would have the sign the package to get it.Long story short, the package was delivered to a wrong person (without even checking his/her ID), and no one from the Holland UPS store knew where my package was delivered to & who the receiver was.Until now, I have not received any explanations on what has happened to my package & I have not received a single apology from them about this situation.Situation Summary in Detail:1. On Friday, I got an email saying that the package was delivered.2. On the same day, I drove to the Holland UPS site to get my package.3. The person working at UPS told me that the package was NEVER delivered.4. After checking my confirmation number with them, they told me that the package was delivered to a person named "Kent," but no one knew who "Kent" was. Also, according to the Holland UPS worker, the package was not delivered to the exact location, which is supposed to be the UPS store; when I checked the location with her, the office where my package was delivered was out-of-business (please refer to the office image below).a. How can the package with the purchased insurance can be delivered to a person with the WRONG name & without even checking his/her ID?5. I checked all the nearby store by myself, and I informed my mother about this situation.6. On the same day, my mother ran to the Virginia UPS store to check whether or not the package was delivered to the correct location. This case was instantly escalated to the Virginia UPS store owner, and she called the Holland UPS store. All of the Holland UPS workers were simply saying to "file a claim" without escalating to their supervisors or the store owner.7. Since there was nothing that I could do in that place, I left the Holland UPS store, and filed a claim for this lost package as soon as I got home.8. On Saturday morning, I got a phone call from the Virginia UPS store owner, saying that she told the UPS Holland workers to look for who the receiver, "Kent" is right away and visit the delivered area one more time to check if "Kent" is still there. Still until then, the Holland UPS people did not care about this situation even though they are the one who physically "lost" my package.9. On Saturday afternoon, I got a phone call from the Virginia UPS store owner again, saying that they have retrieved my package from Kent, and I will be able to pick up the package on the following Monday. The VA store owner did not know what has exactly happened to my package, but she told me that she was so glad that the Holland UPS people were able to find my package.10. On Monday afternoon, I called the Holland UPS store again to ask if my package is delivered before I physically drive there.11. The Holland UPS workers told me that they NEVER got the package.12. I got furious as soon as I heard this message, and I instantly drove to the Holland UPS store again to talk with the store manager.13. As soon as I arrived at the Holland UPS, I found my package on the UPS table. The box was opened and re-taped, and the overall shape of the box was all in-mess.14. I opened the box just to make sure that the jacket was still inside.15. The brand-new Moncler jacket's plastic wrap was all ripped-out, and the jacket's zipper was down.16. I asked the UPS workers what has happened & all they were saying me was "I do not know," and they went inside of the office area.17. I just took my jacket,

This is the first time I've had to make a return and print off a label so I was a bit nervous because I wasn't aware of how the process worked. The employee who helped me was very kind and patient while i found the return label i was supposed to use. Thank you for your help!

Call first; their equipment could be more reliable. Twice now, after driving 25 minutes, I've arrived to find out that their internet is down, and I was shown back out the door.

I love this UPS. I like better coming here over the Postal Service and FEDEX. Very nice and helpful staff. No matter how busy they get they always have a good actitud towards their clients! Thank you guys!My only recommendation would be better ventilation. The space is small and during winter it can get a bit crowed sometimes.
