Following a lengthy night at the ER, my father was prescribed 18 pain pills. However, when I picked up the prescription at the drive-thru midnight of June 26/27, 2023, I discovered once home that only five pills were provided. I called the pharmacist, who claimed "I gave you 18, I counted them myself". These pills were type II narcotics, classified as controlled substances. I returned to the pharmacy in person to discuss when the pharmacist claimed she had reviewed the security footage and indeed only gave out five pills. She then provided the remaining thirteen. Having an incompetent or dishonest person working in the pharmacy is unacceptable. Something is not right. The next day, June 27th, I spoke to a different pharmacist on duty stressing the seriousness of the situation. She assured me she would discuss it with the previous pharmacist on duty and "appropriate actions will be taken".

We have been waiting for our scheduled flu vaccine for over 45 minutes. The lady in line in front of me with no appointment asked if she could do a walk-in. They took her before me and my husband. I am disappointed. I made the appointment because my husband has Parkinson's and we make an appointment because waiting an hour at Walgreens is very difficult for a guy with Parkinson's

This has been my pharmacy for years. The 1-star reviews here do not reflect the consistent service. They are probably more representative of occasional blips.

I’ll start by saying, we live in the Cincinnati area. My daughter is in Holland for a week long retreat. She’s type 1 diabetic and called me her first night there at midnight after she realized she forgot her vial of insulin! The pharmacist on duty was able to get her an emergency refill ready in 30 minutes! She was literally a life saver for my daughter!

Definately Better Quicker than RiteAid.....beats your car being broken into (Muskegon's Henry Street) while cahiers fumbleF with your merchandize etc for waaaay to long on simple issues!!! Requires more patience due to the pEndemic so grin n bear it its a legit excuse.

I understand having to wait due to the fact that they are understaffed. What I can't understand is the way that they call you to tell you that your prescription is ready, you show up within 24 hours to pick it up, wait 30 minutes in line, just to have them tell you that they restocked it and you'll have to wait 3 hours or come back the next day. (This has happened 3 times) That, or to call to say that you need a prescription refilled, show up the next day, wait in line for 30 minutes for them to tell you that it's scheduled to be filled in 3 days. They are extremely inept at this location. Find another pharmacy.

Prescription cost $45 with my insurance. Tried to use goodrx and was informed that using insurance was cheaper. They ran the meds through my insurance again and the price apparently went up to $62.How does the price of my meds increase $17 within the span of two minutes? Also why did they even need to run it through my insurance twice?I encourage you to use a different pharmacy.

Their ( ok) it's 2 busy there. I would feel like asking a question about my medication would turn into a huge production!???

Went to pick up a prescription for my son here. We got there and they had no order for it. I tried to call there shortly after, no answer. They would clearly pick up the phone and put it back on the hold line. Every time they did this I could hear people in the background, but they didn't answer asking "Can you please hold?" Instead, they'd pick up the phone after it rang each time and put it back on hold. This happened more than 5 times. After over 20 minutes, I finally hung up. Now, I remember why we quit going to Walgreens pharmacy locations, terrible service and long wait times. Typically, I don't post negative reviews but was extremely dissappointed with them.

I shouldn't have to wait at the drive thru window for an hour behind 4 cars just to end up leaving the line. It takes 2 minutes to get a prescription and pay. What is taking so long?!

The worst service ever. Unbelievably slow when picking up scrips. If you make an appointment for a flu shot... don't bother. They do not even try to meet the appointment. Plan on 3 hours if you are going here for anything. Not sure why they cannot seem to do anything efficiently.

Kinda over priced, but very convenient. My go to for late night snacks. Pharmacy is no bueno. Don't do it. It's a trap. They'll take forever, by the time you're done, your grandkids will be done with college and have gotten a small house and a first real job. Maybe a dog. Or cat. I'm not here to judge.
