XPO used to be the best for LTL in west Michigan, but as of lately they've been going downhill fast! The old CSR, Samina was super helpful and would always go above and beyond to help with any billing issues. Local Account Executive never gets back to you, and new CSR seems to have no training experience (not her fault).

Friendly quick service on a freight pickup. Tracking service worked very well, could always tell where my pallet was enroute!

Had a shipping problem with amazon and my order got held up here when it was supposed to be delivered that day not xpo fault amazon never put in the request order in time for them to put it on a lift gate truck so I called them and was able to go pick it up there where they placed it in my truck very gently with a hilo.
