The store was clean and had plenty of items. There were limited T-Shirts that had "Michigan" on them. The parking lot was large.

I am new to Medicare and having problems getting my prescriptions refilled. I was visibly upset when they told me my prescriptions totaled more than $400. Instead of compassion and trying to help me find ways to save, the pharmacist was unconcerned. When I walked away, I heard her loudly insulting me to her coworkers for being upset. I was already trying not to cry because I cannot afford the medication, and then I hear them ridicule me. Yes, I know you are not Medicare and do not control costs. But that didn't make me feel better not help solve my problem. I left with inly 2 of my 4 medications. I guess the old school pharmacist that actually cared and treated customers with compassion is gone. Your day is coming, dear. I hope you receive more compassionate treatment. I will never use this pharmacy again.

My wife went into your pharmacy five minutes to close desperately trying to get a prescription filled that I needed because I had been extremely sick . This prescription meant everything to me cause I needed relief from my Systems ASAP . Your pharmacist Bob ignored her until she said " HI " rolled his eyes said to her " you know we close in five minutes " he was rude and said " I can't find the prescription under that name " my wife explained to him that we went to a brand new urgent care and the doctor said that he sent it but was not sure if it went though so he gave her a paper prescription . He said nothing so my wife said " do you want me to go down to Prescriptions filled counter" then one of the girls grabbed the paper out of her hand and ran actually ran to fill my script . I never had any problem and your staff is great . But your pharmacist Bob needs to understand that once in awhile you need to go the extra steps to help and take care of a loyal customer ! It's not like we wanted to come in just before close and we never have !!! Explain this to pharmacist Bob please!!!!
