I go to pick up a prescription for my kid. Lady ask if i have insurance. I say yes. She seeds me to the drop off line. The drop off line takes my insurance card and can't figure anything out about my insurance. I leave no meds. My wife went to the drive through and they didn't ask her anything and she got the meds. Absolutely horrible experience. The way they went about it was not good and i won't be back ever. The other reviews are on point about this place.

The computerized phone system is a NIGHTMARE!! It's impossible to get a real human to speak with. I can now see why everyone is going to walmart for their Rx

No urgency, terrible customer service, do not seem like they want to help customers/patients. Took forever even when we pre-completed all insurance needs and difficult to work with. Morning and night shift no difference in overall culture.

I went into CVS 2 different day and brought a bottle of Lemon Moscato wine. Both times I was charged a .10 deposit. When I called they couldn't say why and just said come up and get your .10. It wasn't bout the .10. It's the fact they are changing for a fee that isn't legal. There is nothing on the bottle that says deposit on it. Wonder if they are charging this on every bottle of wine.

I’m extremely frustrated with CVS in Holly. Every time I need a prescription I wait in line for 30 to 40 minutes inside & out. If I have a question I have to leave a message & they rarely call me back. Today I waited in the drive thru for about 15 minutes which was better but when I got to the window it just turned 1:30 & the put the cardboard up & acted like I wasn’t even there! That’s so WRONG!

Jane and Bryce were just amazing with helping me create a photo album. They were just so kind, took time to help after I expressed how frustrated I was with trying to create a photo book online, I don’t recommend that at all. Recommend CVS Holly if you are lucky enough to have Jane or Bryce it will be a great experience.

Pharmacy is so slow, I waited in line at the drive through for a long time, without moving. Finally moved up one car length and sat for another long time. Finally gave up and went inside. Young man waited on me right away to see what I needed but said prescription wasn't ready so I sat and waited at least another half hour before someone else in pharmacy saw me and asked what I needed. Told him I was picking up a prescription and it was sitting right there. At least 20 people came and went while I had been sitting there. They were nice to me but the wait time was too much, especially with how many people they had back behind that counter!

The staff are helpful. I'm frustrated with the prescription refill process. I ordered medication. Received a texted to pick up after 6 pm. Went in and pharmacy was closed. I miss Rite Aid.

Store was well stocked, clean and full of variety. Many items ARE covered by OTC, however NOT blue OTC tagged. Make sure cashier checks for OTC coverage during checkout. Nice employees
