First time I tried Dominoes in Holly. I ordered a thin-crust pepperoni & green pepper pizza. I got home & it was disgusting, no sauce, cold & the thin crust was like a cracker, not a crust. Not even edible. I wish this review allowed photos. When I called to complain they were like Uhh Well, I dunno what to tell you. No refund or offer to make another. First time & definitely my last time.

Got food poisoning from their Exxtravaganza pizza boneless wings and cheese bread. Called the manager to inform them and he was exceedingly rude and acted as though we were liars and just wanted free food. We have been customers since dominos opened in Holly and were flabbergasted by the treatment over the phone. Will not be ordering from this location again. Horrible way to treat a customer

Horrible customer service, guy with glasses has an attitude problem. On top of that they said they opened at 10:30 and didn’t open til close to 11. Save your money and eat somewhere else

I ordered a Medium pizza with cheese bread through the phone the other day and I was greeted with the most patient employee. He told me my order would be ready in about 20 minutes, so I started driving over. When I got there my pizza wasn't even started. Of course I was a little disappointed, but this man was running the show all by himself, and my order was next to be made (and who can be disappointed with an absolutely fresh pizza in only 20 minutes). The waiting area was clean and there was plenty to look at while I waited for my order to be finished. And while I was waiting two or three more orders came in, and I could see that this man was stressed. He often gave me updates on the progress of my meal and apologized for the wait. They only had one delivery driver going out with orders so it was only him making all the pizzas, and taking all the phone calls and keeping the place nice and tidy the whole time. Which I would say with my own Retail experience, that he was doing plenty of extra work to be a manager, but came to learn he was only making 15$ an hour which was less than the pizzas he was baking. So here's my big shout-out to Kenny, who was the nicest and most patient man I've ever had the pleasure to chat with. And on top of that, the pizza was delicious. Thank you Kenny

GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE. At least you can actually eat the food. This is the second time I've received an order that was beyond disgusting. Too much sauce, not nearly enough cheese that did NOT go to the edges of the crust, and the bread bites were old/ overcooked. Called the store, and I'm offered a remake (from the crew that sent me this gross mess? HARD PASS.) I refused and was then offered an in-store CARRYOUT credit for my DELIVERY order (I'm still losing money - $4.49 delivery + $4.83 tip for a three mile round trip = $9.32.) Since Domino's is no longer in contention for my business, this is 100% unacceptable, but those are the only two options offered to someone unhappy with the quality of their food. Apparently, Domino's Corporate cares about as much as the "new" manager, as exhibited by the dismissive tone used during our conversation. (How many managers is that since this store opened?)

So I’ve had undercooked inedible pizza before and this time I’ve ordered well done so that shouldn’t happen hopefully, showed up 30 mins after order was placed and told my order hasn’t even been started was told another 20-30 minutes. Now after driving here I’m currently waiting while the lobby is full of people also waiting. There is always only one woman working by herself and she is clearly over worked and the work load is a lot for one person. I don’t blame her for not being very kind under that condition but she doesn’t necessarily have to be rude to customers for no reason.

Online app only works 30% of the time because this store has its turned off. Second, the reported prices are incorrect (coupon will say item is discounted, but it's not).Secondly, when calling the store, it's hard to get staff to actually answer the phone.Third, when working customer service and taking someone's order, repeating back their billing information would resolve any potential confusion.... Sadly, they are more concerned about hanging up the phone than getting the order correct.
