I stopped on my way pot of town on a Sunday and ordered a bacon Swiss croissant. Whe I later unwrapped it there was no bacon on it. I called the store and they told me they would add my name to a list and the next time I stopped they would give a new sandwich. I tried that today and had a horrible conversation with the manager. She was yelling at me that my name wasn't on the list and she had to have details before she could do anything. I told her the date and time and she yelled for the person who waited on us to come to the window and began questioning him. He only took my order and gave us the food. I was mad but did not yell at her. She yelled at me "Don't get an attitude with me". But it was okay for her to yell at me with a really bad attitude for a manager. I have no idea who I talked to that day when I called. She offered me extra bacon, but no sandwich. I finally told her "No" and she took the bag with my husband's sandwich I had ordered and threw it through the window of my car and told me "take this for free and leave". I will never purchase anything from that Wendy's again.

Trash. Straight trash. Every time we stop at this place there’s always something going on with the lack of materials etc Ranch, Ketchup, spoons, forks, nuggets.. you name it.Ordered a simple frosty today, drive thru attendant had an attitude after I asked for a spoon, which he said they didn’t have them. I then ask for a straw and finally got something to use. I guess he was thinking I was gonna eat the frosty like a pup cup. Ask questions before you order from here!! Won’t be back!

Be Prepared to wait at least 10 min in line or them not have the food you ordered. Never have enough staff, but the ones they do have are very sweet and do try.

Wendy’s food is consistent and good chain-wide. At this location as I sat and ate my food I saw/heard the manager being extra friendly and extra kind to every customer that came into the restaurant. She was extra good.

i just spent 44 dollars and they didn’t apparently hear us say 2 hamburgers and a sandwich with combos and chicken nuggets and a frosty they already forgotone of our drinks and then forgotone of our hamburgers and when we asked the manager threw our food and then still got it wrong, don’t work in the fast food industry if you gonna act like that especially when when can see you. poor service.

The most disrespectful customer service I have seen in years! The lady started yelling at me as soon as she opened the window! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!
