They need a lesson in treating people with respect, I walked in to the rink, no one was at the front, so my kids were already in there with my husband, we had left overs I didn't want to sit in the hot car so I placed them on the back chair. (They were in a bag) This employee walks up to me, starts pointing her finger at me screaming you can't have this in here, I said okay we will take it out to the car and she stomps away. She could have handled this differently, no need to scream you were standing right next to me and you couldn't asked nicely instead of having a scowl on your face. No matter the situation, a little more professionalism and customers service goes along way even if someone did something wrong.

Edru it would be nice if you would approach people nicely if they bring food in. Instead you scream at an adult like they are two years old! Unexpectedly screaming you can't bring that in here! Shame on you! What happened to customer service?? The reply I just received from you explains it all! She was not smiling! MANNERS!

We waited in line only to get up to the window to be told we couldn't bring our water bottles in, so being the only parent, we all jumped out of line to put water bottles back in the car, and returned to wait in line again. I was absolutely stunned that this is a rule in a facility where you are physically exerting yourself. Your options are a public water fountain (which I watched a young child putting their mouth on when we got there - yuck) or you can buy water but it has to be consumed in the concession area. I wish you could skate and sip water from your own bottle, as needed, without the added trouble of babysitting a pitcher of water. My kids want to come here all the time, but outside of school functions, I think I'm done until this changes. Navigating multiple kids (who want me to play and skate with them) and them needing a sip of water every 5 minutes was difficult. Being post covid times, some thought should be put into making this easier for parents who don't want their families sharing resources, like the water fountain. I'd love it if we were able to have water bottles at the lockers/carpeted areas - this would 100% change my opinion of Edru. We love the facility & staff, but this rule is crazy - I've never been to a sports complex that didn't let me bring water. Please reconsider this.

Very busy, special 4 hour skate time.Took grand daughter and a friend.I dont know how a family can afford to visit and eat or play games?The service was not good.
