I accepted a bid from another company. They no-showed their scheduled date and went off the grid. I called Hayhoe and they did the job 2 business days later and did a great job. They're reliable with fair pricing and great customer service.

Low Quality that doesn't last - My residential driveway was asphalt paved by them in 2011. In the first 2-years, the approach where the driveway meets the road had to be repair twice. It looks like a disappointing patch-job now. Additionally, the entire driveway has numerous cracks, depressions, and the edges are crumbling in several places. Yes, the driveway has had sealant put on it as well since it was installed. I considered two other contractors at the time. In hindsight, I wish someone would have done a costumer review and/or I had see some other locations they had did before making my decision. My neighbors both across the street and next door had theirs done by someone else within a year of mine. Their driveways continue to look great.

If you dont mind waiting a long time with no follow through, used them. Two months passed from estimate to the work finally being done and there was never a call from the office. I had to call them to find out what is going on. I was ready to find someone else to use thinking that they had forgotten about me and then a call to my home, not my workplace as I suggested, to let me know they would be out the following week...never came.
They included in the estimate trimming and using a powerful leaf blower to clean the driveway only to find leaves and a nail under the black top coating that they applied. I am sure I will not use them again. Clearly the small driveway is slotted last no matter when you get the estimate. I was quite disappointed. I am sure there is another small, local company that will give attention where attention is deserved.
