They were very helpful when I went to get my first CPAP machine. They walked me thru everything and made sure I was comfortable with its use and care. Pete was great at explaining it all and even shared some relaxation techniques helpful with a new mask.

The issues I had with Lincare, prior to this review, have been resolved in a professional and satisfactory manner. I now highly recommend Lincare for your medical needs.
So far I have not had a good experience with Lincare's local office staff. The respiratory therapist told me to call when I had ordered more oxygen tanks. I want a portable concentrator and he was going to help with that request to my doctor. The person who answered the phone spent the call time arguing and telling me they don't do that. She also laughed at me because I forgot they were called concentrators. They also won't give you an approximate time of delivery for supplies. I still haven't heard from the therapist and don't know if my message was passed on. This is just one incident, there are more. I have only been a customer for 2 months but am considering going elsewhere for medical supplies. Being treated this way is unacceptable.

I’m a new client with Lincare and only have one order experience, but everything with that order went great. My husband has been with them for years and has had no problems.

I had a problem with an insurance claim and Debbie at the Holt Lincare office was wonderful! She coordinated with all the parties involved and helped me work through it. I felt like she genuinely cared, which is a rare thing.

My mom passed away almost a month ago and have had 2 different dates for them to come pick up her equipment. They seem to never have it on the schedule or they where in town the day before so now hopefully they come and pick it up in 2 days. If not I will be driving it directly to them and I will have th pay for my gas to deliver it to them. Don't recommend them to have anything picked back up.

Have been a customer for many years. Delivery has always been on time. Have been very responsive when problems have occurred. Overall very pleased with service. Have never considered switching to another supplier.

They have been helpful all these years with my husband's needs. Always great service when they bring oxygen to him. Asking him if he needs anything else, checking his machines and changing filters when needed. Joe has been very nice when he's delivers his supplies. We also love the convenience of finding office through out the country to get service from when we travel.

Lincare (Shawn) is always very helpful with our patients needs. Shawn goes above and beyond for our patients. Lincare is knowledgeable, caring, and very easy to work with. I couldn't do my job helping others without them.

These people are scam artists!
I turned my equipment in back in July and I have documentation proving that and they just Auto debited my account $115 with no notification 4 months after I turned the equipment in because they claim there was unpaid bills from January and March of this year. I asked why I never received a statement saying as such and they said that they had a system issue.
My final statement in July only showed a bill of $23, so if I had a balance owing when I turned my equipment in, why was I notified then? I'm not disputing that I may have had an unpaid claim because insurance took too long to process it. But how can they just debit your account 4 months after you've turned equipment in without even giving you a notification that they're going to do it! Stay away from this company or immediately put a stop payment on auto debits once you've turned equipment in or they'll take your money for bills you've never received months later! BTW - Their useless customer service resentative told me that I should have known the money was still owed because of the exclamation of benefits I received from my insurance company! Who has the time to reconcile their bills based on the explanation of benefits from your insurance company?
