I have used Lincare exclusively, as a local health care provider, for the last 10 years. I feel bad for patients who have insurance that mandates they use another service. Melissa, the manager, is very attentive, prompt to respond to new patient orders, as well as help me with general advice. She, and all of her crew there, are very patient oriented, very prompt in getting the patient the supply they need in a very timely manner. I often have a patient tell me the fist call they receive from Lincare comes within minutes of them leaving our office, where the order had just been placed. Lincare has arranged supplies world wide for my patients who travel with Oxygen.

Very informative session! Learned a bit more about my sleep machine. Very thorough in explaining the functions and expectations to CPap usage and integrating oxygen usage at night.

July 2023 I had an oxygen machine delivered by Joe. The customer service was awesome. He was respectful, explained everything, set everything up the way I wanted and did it all with a smile ? Really appreciate that type of customer service. Not only Joe but every other customer service rep I have had the privilege of speaking to has been polite, respectful and helpful. Would recommend Lincare to everyone.

I am most saddened to read all of the negative messages on this site as we have had nothing but incredibly wonderful experiences with this company. The 1st many years hubby was on oxygen, our supplier was out of Sault Ste Marie, Mi., almost two years ago we moved to Jackson, Mi with the office servicing our needs now being out of Holt, Mi and have NEVER had one negative encounter. Customer service is a rough job, delivery too! These folks deal with a variety of personalities, and when people don't feel good, they themselves tend to be short so do take that into consideration and always yourselves, be kind. Donal Burden

I have billing issues and cannot reach anyone who will answer my question. They took back returned, unopened supplies and never credited me for them and sent me a bill. They also flat out lied about my cost for c-pap, then billed far more than expected. Trying to figure out the issue with the returned supplies I have been bounced all around their phone system with everyone telling me that's not something they handle and I need to talk to this other number, who then tries to send me back to the previous one. One person even got snippy with me because she ASSUMED I was talking about oxygen supplies without even asking. Save yourself a headache and don't use this company.

The guys who deliver the equipment are great and if I could rate them separately, I’d give them five stars. However the office woman who speaks to customers is AWFUL. She’s barely polite, tone of voice is impatient and condescending, she does not listen to what you’re saying, makes no apologies for their mixups, and tells you things that just are not true or going to happen. Surely in this time of high availability of workers Lincare can find a better person to interact with customers.

this company has no business being in business if it was not for me having to go thru my insurance to get my cpap machine and supplies i would not be using this company at all. lincare hands down has the worst customer service. they claim they never recieve the fax my from the dr office so I'm unable to get my supplies

Very poor customer service. The phone tree is long and annoying and unclear. The phone calls back don't happen. Today is Wednesday and I've been waiting for a call back since last Friday. I've requested my script today so that I can take my business elsewhere!

Hands down is the worst ever in customer service! I have been with this company almost 3 years. There is always an issue getting my supplies and every department has Absolutely NO idea what the issues are, but blame it on someone else! If breathing wasn't life and death, it would be laughable; almost!! I'm actually sitting on hold for the 3rd week, getting nowhere! Take heed, only use this company if you have no other options.
