I purchased 4-3 gallon water jugs that required a $32 bottle deposit. At time of purchase I asked the male store employee why they require a deposit. I was told by this employee that the deposit would be refunded when the bottles are returned.Today I returned to the store with 4 empty 3 gallon water jugs to return them expecting $32.00 refunded. I was told by a male employee that I would not receive a refund, that it would be a gift certificate of $32.00 to be used in store. I explained to him that is not what I was told. I was told it would be a refund. He made a phone call to someone and did not explain to that individual I was told I would receive a refund, or even ask for an exception.A $32.00 gift certificate is not what I was told I would receive. Additionally, this limits my visits to this store to the business hours to make inside purchases, whereas I could utilize the 24 hr. available dispenser outside otherwise.This is unprofessional. The $32.00 should have been given back to me in a refund as I was originally told. If I would have know the deposit would be in-store credit I would have never purchased the bottles.

Wonderful customer service! The prices beat everywhere else I've been and there is sanitizing stations for the bottles which I haven't seen anywhere else. I would highly recommend this store to anyone!

I do like this water store and the tower unit however I got a voicemail saying they were coming to pick up their unit… I was confused because First off it was a Jackson number I was getting calls from even though they are located in Holt, I rarely answer random numbers, then I get on the phone with the lady and ask why they were coming to pick up my unit and she said because my card was declined two weeks ago… I asked did they try again? She said no and tried again while on the phone and everything went through fine. I gave them my card number to put it on file to pay my rent, if it declines, maybe try again after a few days instead of calling from a random number to tell us our unit will be picked up the next day.??♀️

Yes No more bottle water for me. The price for 3) 5 gallons of water is very cheap. I get them delivered to me. Customer service is great and the delivery Man is awesome.

Great staff.$0.45 / gallon of filtered water is a fantastic deal! 3 gallons of water (refill your own container) was $1.35. Compare that with the cost of a new retail gallon of water anywhere else. Well worth the trip, especially of you're already in town to get groceries or do laundry nearby or just passing through.
