I drive past this place twice a day. It’s about half way between my home and work place. I’d stop here often, but I make a point of avoiding it. Seeing how it is centrally located, and never appears to have much business, and based on the other reviews it would seem other people feel the same. I suspect the few good reviews are people doing someone a favor. The man behind the counter has been very rude when I have been inside. He would not speak to me or make eye contact. I am friendly to everyone and thought perhaps he was just having a bad day, but the second time I ceased giving him the benefit of the doubt.

This place is a one stop shop where you can be gouged on a massive selection of items, like expired milk or stale bread. A fine place ran by people with strong morals that are willing to sacrifice them to take care of their community by providing them a service and then charging them the absolute most for that service.

I personally frequent this gas station on the daily and I am never disappointed with my purchases or the quality of service. The owner and his wife are working hard to grow their small business and are constantly upgrading the store to offer more to the community. The food and drinks are regularly swapped out and restocked by the week to ensure that nobody has to buy spoiled foods. Don't believe me? Ask my mom. She has worked there for 10 years! Highly recommended if you are passing through the area, but I will say that the owners' prices are a little high depending on the time of year. That also comes to no surprise to me seeing as he is the owner of the only gas station in the Holton area. Unless you want to drive to Twin Lake or Fremont to get your gas at a more crowded and lesser equipped gas station, stop here! The gas station sells foods, snacks, drinks, and alcoholic beverages ranging from your typical 6 pack to that special half gallon of your favorite liquor for the occasion.

The Man who claims to be the Business owner had been real disrespectful when I said something about his "OVER PRICED ITEM" told me "I will kick you off my property I don't need your business I will deny you if you don't like my prices or how I run my store". I feel he was Racially Profiling me and I have seen it with other Whites. This isn't the end of this. I'll serve him some sort of paper work. That's how America is ran. Everyone Sue's everyone and Milks their problems. I'll do the same. Will be talking to you soon "Owner". -jso
