This is the most unhelpful untruthful bunch of humans. They don't communicate changes and lie about why your medication isn't behind the counter. I recommend going to any other pharmacy. Find one with an honest pharmacist you don't have to drag the truth out of like a six year old who stole a cookie

Love this little pharmacy. Has helped us whenever we are in town on vacation and I love browsing their nice gift shop! If there is a wait it’s a treat, they have a lot of unexpected necessaries too. Got a hair dryer and toiletries and beach toys.

Yesterday was the last straw. When you phone in your refill 5 days ahead of uour last med and you get there and they tell you then can no longer get your med is a bit much. So now Meijer's has just gained a new customer.

I feel sorry for the workers here. The corporate office has pays them the bare minimum. Corporate office doesn't make sure they have everything they need to do their jobs correctly. Very poor corporate management. Leads to very poor service.

It seems like this place is getting worse and worse. Bout to switch pharmacies. In some cases taking days to fill a single prescription... Going through hoops just to get somebody on the phone. On top of getting hung up on when I've been going through their new "oh we'll throw you to the main menu again" while I'm waiting for someone to answer and having to go through the options over and over. I really loved this place, used to feel welcoming and friendly. Idk if they are understaffed or what caz now it always feels like I'm disliked and rushed (making me feel like I may forget what things I'm calling to get filled) for trying to get medicines that I NEED and sometimes worring about withdrawal and seizures. I've dealt with the decline over the last year or so and it's finally gotten to where I need to put a review out there. Wondering if it's like this for others as well ?They used to be the best place.

I recently had to change to this pharmacy from Meijer and I’ve been very happy. It’s a very small store and feels just like it’s name, Hometown. Lots of cute items for sale too! Local jewelry and clothing!
