“Had a very good experience. We moved in from out of state everything was full we found Allegan Self Storage they accommodated us immediately we unloaded and needed another one he gave us the one right next to ours. Very good customer service nice units.”
“I tried setting up a monthly auto pay. They consistently tried to charge a late fee even after 3 attempts to correct their mistake. I was then addressing my issue with the district manager who blatantly lied about my bank cancelling my charge. And they still tried to charge me late fees when I had proof I signed up and proof my bank did no such thing. Horrible service and out right ignorance. I got out.”
“This location is not secure but the owner is great. We've been here several years and Glen is always responsive and helpful. The aisles are wide and clean, but be careful making your turns at the ends of the rows. Our unit has always stayed dry and clean. If you're leaving here just be careful of traffic driving by too fast!”
“If I could give a 10-star review, I would! U-Haul royally messed up on their end and the staff here went so far out of their way to get everything figured out. The owner even came in to see if there was anything she could do to help. Such amazing, helpful and cooperative people. Would definitely come back again if I ever needed anything! ?”
“Very nice facility. Owner is quick to respond to any questions and is very accommodating. We had one unit for over five years and added a second unit three years ago when we moved out of state. I just emptied both units this week. I have to say that the experience with this storage facility has been excellent. If I still lived in Michigan and needed storage, this is where I would go.”
