I just wanted to give Jody a big shout out with a huge THANK YOU!!! My dog got sprayed by a skunk this morning. I left messages with many Groomers asking for help. She called me back , even though she’s not taking on new clients, and gave me great advice and tips and offered to let my pup come in for a second wash after I implemented her suggestion! I could tell just from our conversation that truly has a love for animals and knows her stuff! Thank you again for taking the time to reach out to me!!!!

This was a bizarre experience trying to schedule an appointment for our four month old pup for his first haircut. I called and spoke with Jodi who was initially very nice and we scheduled an appointment. She called me back a week later and changed the appointment saying the time she scheduled for me wouldn’t work. I explained this is our pups first cut and she seemed to understand that when we scheduled it. From the beginning I got the impression she did not know how to groom Doodle breeds. He has had a little experience with his face and paws but was ready for a full cut. A few days before my appointment I called to confirm and was told she could not do what I was asking. Which was to groom our dog. (Yikes, I thought this was a groomer). I asked why and she pretty much just loudly said she didn’t want to and hung up. 😳 Careful out there pup parents! Definitely skip this one.
