Rude and unprofessional. My husband was hurt and ended up having surgery. Money was very tight and I couldn't make payments as necessary. Not once did these people offer a solution other than to call and harass and threaten us. I've been a customer with CRI since 1987 when they first opened a store in Grayling.

Always helpful and easy to talk to. Always have what I'm looking for or is able to get it for me and at a fast rate. I've been with them for over three years and plan on going though them for the things I need in the future. Houghton lake team is awesome.
