Only my second visit to this establishment. My first visit was quite some time ago. This isn't due to any reason other than it's location is a bit out of sight and there's many other places to get a haircut between here and home. However, on my way to tending other chores, I first stopped at one of those other locations. At that other place I felt I was treated quite rudely as the young lady advised me (though nobody else was in that establishment) that she had another appointment coming up and that she didn't know how long it would be. I asked her directly if she was trying to discourage me. She said no but basically gave me a cold shoulder. It was then I remembered having used Hair Port before, was on my way to my destination. So I went, was politely informed it would be about a 15 minute wait which was fine. The stylist was quite cordial and did a super job with my hair. I'll go back to the Hair Port.
