“I had a great experience when I went to the Verizon store the other day. My representative was Will Usher. I could not have asked for any better service. Will was very patient with me, who is rather technology challenged, and solved my numerous issues. I purchased a new phone and a jet pack. He walked me through both and I left very pleased..I highly recommend this store and the representatives there are top notch. Thanks again for clearing up my confusion and being so patient with an older lady.
