Pop A Top Liquor is a party store that reminds people of their hometown shop. It has a huge selection of wine, liquor, and all sorts of adult beverages. The store also carries random candy not typically found elsewhere, and rolling papers are cheap there. The chip supply can be mostly empty, but the candy bar section is good. Some note the store is dark and has a distinct smell. The people are described as awesome and will make you smile.
