She made sure I had all the forms I needed right away by emailing them to me, clearly explained the current promotions, and let me know what to expect with my gas delivery timeline (within the next 7 days), which I really appreciated. Nothing felt rushed—she took her time to answer all of my questions and made everything feel simple and stress-free.
