“In my opinon, the UHaul in Houghton Lake is truly one of the best if not the best in the country!! It's the best for one main reason and that is the manager there named Sandy. Sandy is one of the nicest most thoughtful people I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service. She knows just how stressful moving is and she makes it her goal to make sure that the Uhaul portion of your move is the easiest it can be. When I got to the Uhaul building, my truck was out front,prepped and waiting for me, she went through the paperwork throughly and made sure I understood all the terms, checked to see if I needed any extra supplies and gave me an great rate on my truck rental all with some additional miles to make sure I had plenty for when it was time to drop off the truck I wouldn't be over my alloted mileage costing me extra in fees!! Sandy goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and if in the chance something unfortunate happens during your move, she assures you that she is just a call away. Thank you Sandy for your help, your compassion and most of all the piece of mind you gave me, knowing that my move was going to be just fine, you ARE the best!!”
