Unfortunately, I can't get 5 stars. Because I have had a couple dad experiences. But other than that, they've always been polite ii. And every time I need it vehicle them off it's been available

They canceled the appointment to install a hitch at the last minute after my husband traveled 30 miles to the uhaul location. They could have called and saved him the trip and gas. So inconsiderate and rude!I would never recommend the Houghton Lake location to anyone.
