Never go here. People might be nice enough, but the prices for parts are astronomical (these identical parts online are less than half the price) and they had no direct answers on why labor would cost over $300 and charging nearly 3-5x the amount these parts actually cost. They also charged me $45 for looking at my vehicle for less than 10 minutes.I located a receipt from when I had these exact issues repaired from Tuffy’s in Cadillac and was charged $257 and Wilson’s is estimating over $700.SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!

Our car was having trouble on our way to the UP. They got us in right away because they knew we were traveling. He was so knowledgeable and They were so nice and so helpful! And their price was excellent. We will bring our truck back every time!!!

Carl was amazing! We had a brake caliper go bad on our RV and he fixed it in super fast time and he stayed late to do it. We would have been stranded but Carl fixed us up and got us back on the road. Outstanding customer service! Thank you so very much!Service: Brakes

I have bought tires for my 2013 Silverado at the same place the last three times in Houghton Lake. I asked them about a place to get a wheel aligment and they recommended Wilson auto. I made an appointment two weeks ahead of time for the day of my tire change and went there after. They took me in early, I told them I had a problem with outside tire wear so I didn't want the new set of tires to get damaged. I waited while they worked on my truck which took about 45 minutes and told me they corrected the toe because it was off a bit. That was June 3rd. I waited this long to leave a review to be sure they corrected the problem. It's been over a month now and I happy to report, I have found a new auto repair shop that does good work and are reliable and very professional in their approach to auto repair and customer satisfaction. I drove 2 hours from Lansing to get a couple abs sensors replaced, and they found lots of issues caused by other shops, Wilson's quoted me real fairly, got my truck in and fixed the issues with great timing!! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND WILSON'S TO EVERYONE!!!
