“Saturday morning, found I had a hole in one of the tires on my car. Called the dealership and got an appointment to bring it in. I filled the tire, drove down to the dealership. The car went in right away and was done in a reasonable time. They plugged and sealed the hole, and showed me what made the hole in the first place.”

“I was visiting Houghton back in Feb 2025 and the power steering went out on my truck. the staff helped with diagnostic and offering tools once we found the problem. Once had new clamps and a refill of steering fluid the trucks power steering was back and doing fine. And it hasn't had problem with it since.
An easy fix but when a few hundred miles from home an easily fixed problem is still very stressful. Thank you Gentlemen for all your help.”
